As a therapist I provide guidance and support in managing past or present issues. When we meet, we can get to know each other as well as discuss goals and what you would like to change. I would love to provide you with a supportive, safe, judgement free, and relaxed environment to identify your goals, barriers, and what motivates you.
I have worked with a variety of client’s adolescents, adults, and crisis. My specialties include anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, PTSD, and substance abuse disorders. I have a person-centered approach as you are the expert in your life and no one knows you better than you. My techniques differ depending on what you are seeking. I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness based practices, Person centered therapy, and Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
