Everyone has the potential to become a better version of themselves, and I am here to help you on that journey. I have many years of experience in the mental health field working with young children, adolescents, and adults. I have helped individuals to manage anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder,
sexual disorders, substance use, and trauma.
My philosophy is that anyone can make a change if they have the proper tools and support. I have experience in several therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivation Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused.
I can help you live a happier and healthier life and I strongly believe that each person is a person of worth and with that, brings a set of unique qualities to this world. Through a humanistic approach, I will tailor each visit with you to suit your specific needs and goals while focusing on your strengths to empower you to be the best version of yourself.
