Insurance & Fees for Counseling Services
The Willows Collective offers a free 15 minute phone consultation to answer any questions you may have and determine the best therapist for you. The consult gives potential clients the opportunity to share what they need before moving forward. We want to ensure that we are the best fit for you and your needs!
We currently accept the following insurances:
UPMC Commercial
Highmark BCBS
Cigna
United Healthcare
We do not not accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time
Additional insurances will soon be accepted; please inquire for more information. Any co-pays or deductibles that need to be met are due at the time of service. Cash, checks, and debit/credit cards are accepted.
The average cost of a 60 minute session is $110 when paying out of pocket. Sliding scale is also available for those who qualify. Please contact for additional information.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call 724-590-0595 to notify at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel or fail to show for you scheduled time, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed.
Holistic Services and Events
Prices for holistic services and events vary. You can view each event and service in Events and Booking as well as register for an event or book a session and pay.

**Holistic services and events are not covered by insurance**
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel within 24 hours for an individual session, your practitioner will do their best to reschedule you, but will require the next session to be prepaid. If you cancel or don't show for an event, your payment is non-refundable to cover the preparation for your attendance.
